What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, manage, and motivate a high-performing team of Territory Managers and Specialists
- Create and implement business plans to achieve company sales goals
- Negotiate contracts and interface with C-suite hospital/system leadership
- Assess and manage direct reports’ learning and development opportunities
- Conduct annual and ongoing performance reviews with recommendations for compensation changes and promotions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred
- 10+ years of sales experience, preferably with a medical device company
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements associated with sales conduct
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the cardiopulmonary medical device sector
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong network within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with reimbursement processes and hospital systems
