Sinclair Community College seeks a Director of University Partnerships (Internal Only) to lead the Transfer Center, strengthen four-year college partnerships, and ensure smooth transfer pathways for students from enrollment to bachelor’s degree completion.

The role oversees Title III grant initiatives, aligns programs with policy, and collaborates with internal teams to promote student success while maintaining compliance and reporting requirements.

Qualificações

• Master's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum five years in higher education, transfer student services, or partnership development.
• Strong understanding of transfer policies and articulation agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily operations of the Transfer Center and ensure high-quality student services.
• Supervise staff and manage resources for transfer advising, events, and outreach.
• Develop programs to promote transfer readiness and bachelor’s degree completion.
• Oversee workshops and university transfer fairs for transfer students.
• Coordinate Title III grant activities and reporting requirements.
• Build partnerships with four-year institutions to facilitate seamless transfers.
• Collaborate across departments to identify innovation opportunities.
• Represent the college at transfer councils and professional associations.
• Analyze transfer data and ensure Title III compliance.
