Wright State University seeks a Director, Pathways to envision, develop and oversee statewide transfer and technical pathways. The role bases in Columbus with hybrid work; responsible for OGTP and OTC pathway initiatives, policy alignment, and cross-functional collaboration with academic and external partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and at least 3 years articulation/transfer experience.
• Two to three years in academic administration, program development, accreditation, or related student services.
• Managerial experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Lead the OGTP initiative (45%) by guiding panels, implementing policies, and digitizing templates.
• Oversee OTC Pathways development (40%) and collaborate with internal and external partners to align with credits and workforce needs.
• Coordinate outreach to educate stakeholders and translate policy into practice (10%).
• Perform other duties as assigned (5%).
