Job summary

Serco, in Phoenix, seeks a visionary Leader to support Navy Undersea and Submarine Programs, applying cradle-to-grave acquisition philosophy and lifecycle sustainment for advanced platforms. Must hold an active DoW Secret clearance (TS/SCI upgrade preferred) and be a U.S.

citizen with a related bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of leadership experience in defense programs. You will influence senior stakeholders, drive program performance, manage complex contracts, and advance operational readiness

Qualifications

• Must have active DoW Secret clearance with eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI preferred
• U.S. citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 10+ years of leadership experience in complex government/defense programs
• Experience managing large-scale government programs and contracts

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior government and industry stakeholders on program execution and risk mitigation
• Support senior-level customer engagement and maintain relationships across Undersea Warfare Enterprise
• Conduct independent assessments of program execution and acquisition outcomes
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable leadership recommendations
• Evaluate program performance and drive informed decision-making
• Develop and evaluate operational processes, governance, and performance metrics
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across organizations to achieve mission goals
• Monitor industry trends and best practices relevant to Navy and defense programs
