Job summary

Serco seeks an accomplished leader to support Navy undersea and submarine programs within the Portfolio Acquisition Executive model. You will champion cradle-to-grave acquisition, managing innovation, contracting, and lifecycle sustainment for advanced undersea platforms.

The role requires an active DoW Secret clearance (TS/SCI upgrade preferred), U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree, and at least 10 years of leadership in defense programs. Travel up to 25% and matrix leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. DoW Secret security clearance with immediate eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI preferred.
• 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in complex government/defense programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, Operations Management, Acquisition, or related field.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior government and industry stakeholders on program execution and strategic priorities.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to support program and business objectives.
• Assess program performance, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Support development and evaluation of operational processes and governance frameworks.
