Serco is seeking a visionary Leader to support the Navy’s Undersea and Submarine Programs portfolio under the PAE model. You will champion cradle-to-grave acquisition, managing technical innovation, contracting, and lifecycle sustainment for advanced undersea platforms, advising senior government and industry stakeholders.

The role requires an active DoW Secret clearance (TS/SCI upgrade preferred), U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10+ years of leadership in defense

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance (with immediate eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI preferred).
• U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in defense/government programs.
• Experience managing large-scale government programs, contracts, or initiatives.
• Experience assessing performance, risks, and business challenges and recommending improvements.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed environment and influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior government and industry stakeholders on program execution and strategic priorities.
• Support senior-level customer engagement across Undersea Warfare Enterprise.
• Conduct independent assessments of program execution, schedules, and industrial base readiness.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Evaluate performance measures and operational effectiveness to aid decisions.
• Support development and evaluation of processes, governance, metrics, and practices.
• Lead cross-functional teams and promote collaboration across government and industry.
