Job summary

Serco in the United States seeks a visionary Leader to support Navy Undersea and Submarine Programs within our PAE framework. The role requires a DoW Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and 10+ years in defense leadership. Travel up to 25% and matrix leadership to drive mission success are expected.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, Operations Management, Acquisition, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in defense programs.
• Experience managing large-scale government contracts or initiatives.
• Ability to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior government and industry stakeholders on program execution, performance, risk, and priorities.
• Engage with customers and maintain relationships across the Undersea Warfare Enterprise.
• Assess program execution, schedule performance, readiness, and acquisition outcomes.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities; provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Evaluate performance measures and operational outcomes to support decisions.
• Develop and evaluate governance frameworks, processes, and metrics.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices relevant to Navy programs.
