Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a visionary leader to support Navy Undersea Warfare programs within the PAE model, managing lifecycle strategy, strategic contracting, and performance across a matrix of government and industry partners.

The role emphasizes cradle-to-grave acquisition, risk management, and-driving improvements in industrial base readiness. The position requires active DoW Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred), U.S.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance with immediate eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI preferred.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in complex government/defense programs.
• Experience managing large government programs, contracts, or initiatives.
• Experience assessing performance, risks, and business challenges; able to recommend improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior government and industry stakeholders on program execution and strategic priorities.
• Support high-level customer engagement and maintain relationships across the Undersea Warfare Enterprise.
• Conduct independent assessments of program execution, schedule, and industrial base readiness.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Evaluate performance measures to support informed decision-making.
• Contribute to development and evaluation of processes, governance, and performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across government and industry.
• Support complex government contracts and strategic initiatives.
