Job summary

The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking an Associate Director, Special Programs for the Leeds School of Business. This role leads undergraduate special programs, provides student-centric advising, and helps drive program growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience such as program management, student engagement, or industry partnership development.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience with fiscal responsibility and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction of the programs in partnership with the Sr. Director.
• Lead key program events, workshops, and discussions as facilitator or partner.
• Supervise staff and ensure alignment with program goals.
• Collaborate with Leeds faculty, campus partners, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor outcomes with data and adjust strategic plans accordingly.
