Job summary

University of Colorado System, through its CU Boulder Advancement office, seeks an Associate Director of Development who will act as a key contributor and partner for the Leeds School of Business. You will coordinate development activities, cultivate donor relationships, and advance leadership gifts from $25K–$99K, with opportunities at $100K+ depending on portfolio and tenure.

You will travel regularly to meet donors, build strong relationships, and collaborate across academic partners to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of professional fundraising experience.
• Experience with donor CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of ~100 prospects for leadership gifts.
• Collaborate to set goals around meetings, proposals, dollars raised, and assists.
• Create strategic plans for cultivating, soliciting and stewarding donors.
• Travel regularly to meet donors and achieve goals and metrics.
• Document prospect strategies and generate stewardship reports.
