Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in academic operations, registrar functions, scheduling, advising systems, student records, or program administration.
• Experience managing and building databases.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and process management skills.
• Experience using Excel, Airtable, Banner, Slate.

Responsibilities

• Track course enrollment demand and ensure core sections meet quarterly needs.
• Audit student degree progress and certify degrees for EMBA and graduate populations.
• Generate reports to support advising, retention, and academic operations.
• Oversee scheduling coordination and related administrative infrastructure.
• Manage dual degree oversight and related curriculum changes.
