Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree preferred and pharma/healthcare experience.
• Experience with ultra-rare/specialty therapies and complex reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee specialty operations for a new product launch.
• Develop distribution, buy-n-bill, dispensing, patient support, and reimbursement processes.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Access Strategy, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure governance across vendors and sites of care and monitor KPI dashboards.
