Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required; 5–7 years in specialty model development/operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to launch a specialty product.
• Knowledge of specialty distribution, reimbursement, and site-of-care models.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of operational strategies for a new specialty product launch.
• Oversee distribution, hub capabilities, dispensing, patient support, and reimbursement logistics.
• Establish governance across specialty pharmacy and distribution networks.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Access Strategy, and Regulatory to align operations with product strategy.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure launch performance and patient outcomes.
