Job summary

Shelter House, Inc. is seeking a Director of Counseling and Hotline Services in Fairfax, VA. This full-time leadership role oversees both the Counseling and Hotline programs, guiding trauma-informed care for adults and children affected by domestic and sexual violence.

You will supervise staff, ensure program compliance, build community partnerships, and report to the Senior Director of DV Services. Competitive benefits include 401K and health coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with community programs.
• Represent Shelter House to county partners.
• Utilize Microsoft tools for communication and data reporting.
