Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC seeks a Director of Engineering PMO for Transmission Lines to provide enterprise leadership, governance, and technical excellence across a portfolio of line projects.

The role partners with executive leadership, operations, and Quanta operating units to ensure scalable and safe delivery, alignment with strategic objectives, and continuous improvement within the transmission engineering program.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in electric utility engineering or PMO leadership.
• ABET-accredited engineering degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
• Experience with high-voltage transmission projects across multiple phases and regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for the Transmission Line Engineering PMO.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and controls across the full project lifecycle.
