Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in electric transmission with emphasis on large projects.
• Experience leading infrastructure development through governance and stage-gate processes.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement including tribal, community, and regulatory bodies.
• Knowledge of FERC, NERC, and Open Access Transmission Tariff concepts.
• Knowledge of Western transmission markets and regional planning processes.

Responsibilities
