Job summary

Braven seeks a Director, Transformation and Operations to join the Office of the CEO. You will lead transformation initiatives, design scalable operating systems, and manage cross-functional programs across partnerships, data and technology, and execution.

The role emphasizes building a repeatable model for partner sites, with a startup mindset and no direct reports, reporting to the Head of Transformation. Hybrid work with Newark preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of strategic operations experience with the proven ability to manage complex projects and lead others to outcomes.
• Experience in education or nonprofit sector or consulting is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional work in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch special initiatives with multi-year roadmaps and stakeholder communications.
• Manage execution of diverse teams toward shared outcomes in a matrixed setup.
• Build out the expanded partnership pilot end-to-end and create playbooks for future sites.
• Develop operating systems, trackers, templates, and check-in rhythms to increase visibility.
• Translate data/tech trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders and support executive decisions.
