Capital One is seeking a Director, Technical Program Management for Business Cards & Payments. You will lead complex TPM initiatives, drive program roadmaps, and align architecture with long-term platform goals.

This role requires executive-level collaboration, measurable outcomes, and a focus on delivering business impact for Small Business Card customers. You will also help mature the TPM discipline, teach others, and influence senior leadership with data-driven decisions in a fast-paced

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 7+ years of experience managing technical programs.
• MBA or related Master’s degree is a plus.
• PMP/Lean/Agile/Six Sigma certs are valued.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud computing is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive TPM strategy and operating mechanisms across portfolios.
• Lead cross-functional program roadmaps aligned to business goals and dependencies.
• Ensure architectural alignment for long-term platform convergence and reuse.
• Act as executive escalation point for risks and data-driven tradeoffs.
• Define measurable outcomes like availability, scalability, and developer velocity.
