Capital One is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to lead large-scale initiatives at the intersection of connectivity and cloud infrastructure. You will own critical roadmaps, align cross-organizational teams, and champion automation to deliver resilient, scalable platform capabilities for Capital One customers.

In this executive TPM role, you’ll shape the discipline, mentor teams, and ensure outcomes such as availability, scalability, and developer velocity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years of experience managing technical programs.
• 7+ years of experience designing and building solutions using distributed computing or SOA.
• 3+ years of experience building distributed systems & cloud services (AWS).
• 3+ years of Agile delivery.
• 3+ years delivering large and complex programs with cross-functional collaboration.
• MBA or related Master’s degree.
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
• 3+ years of people management experience or influencing organization as an IC.
• Experience driving platform standardization across multiple product portfolios.
• Track record of building TPM maturity (operating models, career frameworks, metrics).
• Excellent communication and influence skills.
