Job summary

TEN is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director, Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, payroll, and incentive programs across the United States and Canada. Reporting to the CHRO, this role will ensure our total rewards programs are competitive, data-driven, and aligned with TEN's growth strategy.

This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while developing programs that attract, retain, and reward top talent across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of US/Canada compensation, benefits, payroll and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American Total Rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, payroll, incentives and recognition.
• Oversee salary structures, market pricing, pay equity, merit planning and governance.
• Develop executive dashboards and analytics on compensation, benefits and turnover.
