Consumers Energy is seeking a Director of Compensation to lead the design and administration of company-wide compensation programs, including executive rewards and equity design. The role partners with HR leadership to advise on market practices and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

The incumbent will manage cross-functional teams, oversee incentive programs, and support the Board and Compensation Committee with analysis, testimony, and disclosures.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years in compensation or related area.
• Experience designing executive compensation programs.
