This hands-on senior role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Operations, guiding budgeting, benchmarking, and program harmonization, while driving M&A diligence and Day One readiness to sustain Azuria’s employer of choice philosophy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or finance.
• 12+ years in total rewards/compensation and benefits, with leadership experience.
• Experience with multi-state or multi-location organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead design and governance of base pay, incentives, and executive compensation.
• Ensure compliance, job architecture, and market benchmarking.
• Drive M&A due diligence, integration, and program harmonization.
