Job summary

The Innoved Institute, LLC is seeking a Director of Tissue Operations to lead donor recovery, specimen processing, imaging, allocation, and management across the full life cycle. You will establish policies, procedures, staffing plans, and performance standards to deliver consistent quality and reliable service.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will manage three direct reports, guide leadership development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive operational leadership experience in an anatomically based medical education services organization.
• Strong communication and delegation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to support consistent operations.
• Lead the departments responsible for donor recovery, specimen processing, imaging, allocation, and management.
• Oversee staffing plans, performance standards, and KPI achievement.
• Manage three direct reports and coach emerging leaders.
• Use operational data to guide decisions and drive efficiency.
• Maintain client and partner relationships to ensure service delivery.
• Coordinate with HR and senior management on staffing and budgets.
