Job summary

DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank in Nashville is seeking a Director of Processing Operations to lead the design, implementation and oversight of all processing functions. The role drives a culture of quality and ensures on-time delivery while partnering with departments on new product launches and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in tissue banking leadership, CTBS preferred, and a proven ability to manage budgets and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of tissue banking leadership experience.
• CTBS preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to pass MVR.
• Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all processing-related operations.
• Oversee production planning, staffing, and equipment oversight.
• Ensure safety and compliance within processing and operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction of final product quality and on-time delivery.
• Mentor the processing leadership team and develop growth plans.
• Assist in preparing annual processing operations budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
