Infinite Legacy is seeking a Tissue Recovery Supervisor in Baltimore, MD, to lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive training and continuous improvement across tissue recovery operations. The role involves collaboration with multiple teams, ongoing competency development, and travel within Infinite Legacy’s donor service area.

You will supervise Tissue Recovery Specialists, coordinate schedules, and support the department’s curriculum and training programs, including competency

Qualificações

• Must be CTBS certified and maintain certification in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or professional license substituted.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tissue recovery with SOP knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Manager in scheduling and staff training; oversee tissue recovery processes.
• Coordinate on-call scheduling and department projects to meet clinical needs.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, AATB, and other regulatory standards; lead training programs.
