Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in benefits, leave administration, HR policy, compliance with growing scope.
• Strong knowledge of time-away regulations and translating requirements into solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy to implementation.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across HR, Legal, Compliance and business teams.
• Strong analytical skills using data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing strategy, design, and enhancement of Fidelity's time away from work programs.
• Assess performance, utilization trends, benchmarking, legislative developments, and feedback.
• Partner with HR Shared Services, capacity planning teams, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on regulatory developments, governance, audits, and risk.
• Lead cross-functional projects and implementations coordinating stakeholders.
• Establish program documentation and governance practices.
• Leverage data, analytics, and reporting to evaluate effectiveness and provide insights.
• Develop communications, training materials, and resources for associates.
