Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Time Away from Work Programs to design, implement, and govern Fidelity's time away offerings.

You will partner across HR, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors to deliver compliant, high-value programs while maintaining operational excellence. You will translate business needs into program enhancements, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive execution of Fidelity's time away strategy, using data to measure effectiveness and inform

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in benefits, leave of absence administration, policy, compliance, or related programs.
• Strong knowledge of time away programs and applicable regulations.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and driving policy or process changes.
• Analytical capabilities using data and metrics to identify trends and support decisions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across HR, Legal, Compliance, Operations and stakeholders.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance operational, associate experience, and compliance needs.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; HRIS or benefits systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess program performance, utilization trends, and market practices to develop recommendations and business cases.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage policy implementations, and maintain documentation and guidelines.
• Partner with HR Shared Services and capacity planning to optimize administration and processes.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to monitor regulatory developments and support policy updates and governance.
• Leverage data and reporting to identify trends and inform leadership decisions; develop communications and training materials.
