Servier Pharmaceuticals seeks an Assoc Dir, Neuro Thought Leader Liaison for the Northeast region. This remote position requires 60-70% travel to attend congresses and engage with key stakeholders; occasional Boston-area presence is expected.

The role oversees KOL engagement, advisory boards, speaker bureau leadership, and launch excellence in rare neurology. The candidate should have a minimum of 7+ years in pharma/biotech, a Bachelor's degree, and an advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven success in strategic thinking and building executive-level relationship frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MSN, MS).
• Minimum 7+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee KOL engagement plans for national, regional, and emerging thought leaders.
• Capture insights and translate them into recommendations for brand strategy and launch planning.
• Lead planning and execution of commercial advisory boards and recruit appropriate advisors.
• Recruit, develop, and maintain a high-performing speaker bureau; coordinate onboarding and coaching.
• Develop strategic engagement plans for major neurology congresses and summarize insights for leadership.
• Support launch readiness by identifying educational gaps and informing disease education initiatives.
