Servier Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director-level Thought Leader Liaison leadership role to direct a national team across two oncology-focused product lines. You will guide KOL engagement, advisory boards, and peer-to-peer programs while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to align strategy with brand priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical commercial experience.
• Experience in Thought Leader Liaison, field sales, or brand marketing roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead a national team of Thought Leader Liaisons across a multi-product portfolio.
• Develop and deploy strategic TLL engagement plans for two product teams (Neuro-oncology; Hematology & Oncology).
• Identify, profile, and develop plans for key KOLs and accounts across teams.
• Provide oversight of advisory boards, peer-to-peer education, and speaker programs.
• Define metrics, drive accountability, and report team impact to leadership.
• Ensure compliant partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Legal.
