Job summary

Servier is seeking an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison, to lead national and regional KOL engagement in rare neurological diseases. Reporting to the Director of TLLs, Neurology, you will shape strategies, build leadership relationships, and drive insights for launch planning.

This remote role requires travel (60–70%), with occasional Boston office presence; ideal candidates have 7+ years in pharma, strong compliant communications, and a proven track record of managing speaker bureaus

Qualifications

Proven success in strategic thinking and executive-level relationship frameworks.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MSN, MS).
7+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare; 3–5 years in Thought Leader Liaison or related leadership.
Experience in rare disease, specialty pharmaceuticals, or neurology; strong compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop and executeThought Leader engagement plans for national, regional, and emerging leaders.
Lead planning and execution of advisory boards and expert consultations.
Partner with Marketing and Medical Affairs to ensure compliant objectives and guides.
Summarize insights and communicate recommendations across cross-functional teams.
Coordinate speaker onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching; evaluate effectiveness.
