Job summary

Koltiv seeks a Director of Technology Solutions to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of our service offerings, translating vendor capabilities and market opportunities into profitable solutions.

You will chair cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure scalable, repeatable services, strong adoption, and measurable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years developing, launching, or growing technology services or related offerings.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing decisions.
• Strong financial, analytical, and business planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a service portfolio strategy aligned with Koltiv's vision and growth.
• Develop and manage service roadmap and investments based on market opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve adoption, delivery, and profitability.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure go-to-market readiness.
• Drive lifecycle governance from development to retirement for services.
