Job summary

Koltiv is seeking a Director of Technology Solutions to define and grow a profitable service portfolio. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on strategy, packaging, pricing, and go‑to‑market planning across a lifecycle framework.

You will drive innovation, collaborate with engineers and vendors, and translate market intelligence into scalable service offerings with measurable client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience developing, launching, managing, or growing technology services.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and influencing decisions.
• Experience developing business strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer value.
• Strong financial, analytical, and business planning capabilities.
• Proven ability to develop successful service offerings from technology capabilities, vendor programs, client needs, or market opportunities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a service portfolio strategy that supports Koltiv's vision and growth objectives.
• Develop and manage the service roadmap; align with market opportunities and customer needs.
• Evaluate portfolio performance and make data‑driven recommendations for investments and expansion.
• Establish portfolio growth plans to increase revenue, profitability, and client value.
• Identify trends and technologies to create opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Develop and maintain strategic vendor and partner relationships to support service growth.
