  • Champion innovation by assessing new service concepts, validating business cases, and guiding offerings from concept through launch.
  • Ensure services are clearly defined, properly packaged, and positioned to deliver measurable outcomes for clients.
  • Drive continuous modernization of the portfolio to maintain industry relevance and competitive advantage.
  • Engage clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, validate service concepts, identify market opportunities, and improve portfolio performance.

  • Influence prioritization and resource allocation decisions that support portfolio success.
Service Lifecycle Management
  • Establish and maintain a formal framework for managing services through all stages of the lifecycle, including development, launch, maturity, optimization, and retirement.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators related to adoption, utilization, profitability, client outcomes, and operational effectiveness.
  • Conduct ongoing service reviews to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure portfolio decisions are supported by accurate reporting, business insights, and performance analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service value, operational efficiency, and client experience.
Operational Readiness & Enablement
  • Ensure organizational readiness by coordinating onboarding processes, operational workflows, training programs, documentation, sales enablement, support models, and success measures required to effectively sell, onboard, deliver, support, and scale services.
  • Ensure successful service launches through documented processes, operational planning, enablement materials, and readiness assessments.
  • Partner with operational leaders to establish scalable support models and delivery frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain service documentation, standards, playbooks, and governance practices.
  • Coordinate training and knowledge transfer activities to increase organizational adoption and execution consistency.
