Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Director of Product Management to own its portfolio of service lines and in-house products, guiding growth and aligning sales, delivery, and support across industries.

The role focuses on turning services into repeatable offerings, shaping pricing models, and owning the roadmap for software assets, while partnering with sales and operations to scale capabilities and deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product/portfolio leadership experience.
• Hands-on product management for software or technology products.
• Experience packaging professional services with pricing models.
• Strong judgment on build/buy/partner decisions, PE experience a plus.
• Collaborative leadership across sales, operations and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Shape the portfolio for each service line and product, including services and engagement models.
• Develop pricing and commercial models for packaged offerings with Finance and Sales.
• Own the roadmap for in-house products from concept through launch and retirement.
• Set backlog priorities with engineering teams based on client and sales input.
• Represent ETG as a senior voice on offering and product strategy with clients and partners.
