Koltiv is seeking a Director of Technology Solutions to lead strategy, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market plans for the company’s service offerings. This hands-on leadership role focuses on execution, scaling profitable services, and aligning stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Technical teams.

The role requires building scalable, repeatable offerings and driving lifecycle performance, adoption, and client value to support Koltiv's growth objectives and long-term

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience developing, launching, managing, or growing technology services or offerings in MSP/VAR/tech environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing decision-making.
• Experience developing business strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer value.
• Strong financial, analytical, and business planning capabilities.
• Proven ability to translate capabilities and market opportunities into successful service offerings.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain a service portfolio strategy aligned with Koltiv's vision and growth objectives.
• Develop and manage the service roadmap and evaluate portfolio performance.
• Lead the creation, enhancement, and expansion of service offerings.
• Translate market intelligence and client feedback into scalable service solutions.
• Champion innovation and drive offerings from concept through launch.
• Ensure services are well defined, packaged, and positioned for measurable client outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional execution and continuous portfolio improvement.
