Job summary

Fidelity Investments is advancing its AI Risk Management program within the AI Center of Excellence. The role focuses on governance, risk assessment, control design, and collaboration with risk, compliance, cybersecurity, and audit teams to enable responsible AI innovation across the enterprise.

The position reports to the Director of AI Technology Risk and participates in shaping Fidelity's AI governance standards and oversight across Generative AI, ML, and third‑party AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI, IT risk, cyber security, controls or audit roles.
• Demonstrated ability to understand AI architectures, data flows, and control environments.
• Experience communicating AI risks to executives, partners, engineers and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI governance, risk and control strategies across the enterprise.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks related to Generative AI and ML deployments.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, cybersecurity, legal and audit teams to ensure responsible AI adoption.
