Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant AI program experience (development, governance, risk, or product).
• Strong written and verbal business communication.
• Experience interacting with clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and model lifecycle.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar LLM tools.
• Experience handling requests for proposals / information is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior point of contact for sales and relationships and external customers, communicating Fidelity’s AI capabilities, governance, and risk management clearly.
• Oversee and translate AI inquiries into clear, business-focused outcomes.
• Lead a process improvement effort using technology and best practices.
• Contribute to AI governance committees to address client concerns in model reviews and governance processes.
