Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a seasoned Director to lead Enterprise Technology Risk & Analytics oversight across Brokerage and Trade Management engineering. Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology risk management or related disciplines.
• Experience influencing senior executives and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of cloud native architectures, CI/CD, application security, and database management.
• Strong communication of complex risk to executives, risk committees, and regulators.
• Understanding of AI, ML, LLMs, data science, automation and governance risks.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field preferred.
• Professional risk certifications (CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM) and/or Cloud certs (CCSP, CCSK, AWS) preferred.
• Strategic risk leadership for major technology transformations.
• Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments across cloud, cyber, data, AI, and OT domains.
• Advise on risk appetite, control effectiveness, and remediation strategies.
• Identify emerging risk themes and translate insights for leadership.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, ER, and IA on regulatory and governance activities.
• Drive risk reporting, metrics, and analytics for board transparency.
• Develop and mentor risk professionals and foster a strong risk culture.

In this highly visible Director role, you will partner with engineering, operations, and risk leaders to proactively identify and manage technology risks, evaluate control effectiveness, influence strategic decision-making, and strengthen Fidelity's overall risk posture in emerging areas such as AI adoption, digital innovation and Cloud modernization. **The Expertise and Skills you Bring*** 10 plus years of experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity, controls, audit, or related risk disciplines within large financial services organizations.* Proven leadership experience influencing senior executives and managing complex cross-functional initiatives.* Deep knowledge of cloud native architectures, container platforms, CI/CD pipelines, application security and database management platforms.* Ability to communicate complex technology risk concepts to executive leadership, risk committees, and regulators.* Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, large language models, data science, automation, and associated governance risks.* Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, engineering or a related field of study preferred.* Professional technology risk certifications (CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM) and/or Cloud Certification(s) (CCSP, CCSK, AWS) preferred.* Provide strategic risk leadership for major technology transformation and business initiatives.* Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments covering cloud, cyber, data, AI, and operational technology domains.* Advise technology and business executives on risk appetite, control effectiveness, and remediation strategies.* Identify emerging risk themes and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.* Partner with Legal, Compliance, Enterprise Risk, and Internal Audit on regulatory, audit, and governance activities.* Drive risk reporting, metrics, and analytics to support executive decision-making and board-level transparency.* Manage and develop risk professionals while fostering a strong risk culture.
