Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership within mining and minerals.
• Experience with base and precious metals (copper, gold).
• Experience leading process discipline teams in consulting engineering or corporate owner teams across testwork, PFS, FS, and FEED phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional group of process engineers and technical specialists.
• Serve as the principal technical authority across complex feasibility programmes and targeted execution interventions.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to mining executives and investors, communicating complex process concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
