Job summary

Mastercard Inc. seeks a Director of Program Managers for the Portfolio, Intake and Governance group within B&MI.

You will lead a team of TPMs, partner with stakeholders to shape roadmaps, and manage demand for 10+ programs, ensuring clear communication and prioritized needs across the organization. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery from inception to completion, while proactively addressing risks and dependencies and guiding cross-functional collaboration across engineering,
