• Plan, execute, and deliver projects from inception to completion related to a known technology, product, or program.
• Secures resources, scopes efforts, outlines priorities and establishes delivery milestones.
• Proactively manage end-to-end delivery of engineering work across the organization and all dependent organizations, reporting progress, ensuring dependencies are covered, overseeing gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing blocking issues and driving timely decisions.
• First point of contact for projects; communicates clearly and provides status updates.
• Leads discussions with engineers and stakeholders; brings SMEs to meetings to discuss details and risks.
• Experience with relevant industry technologies and domain knowledge; able to represent team services to stakeholders.
• Defines program strategy and can deliver independently.
• Nurtures relationships with engineers, managers, and peers.
• Optimizes approaches using data to show improvements and drives continuous improvements through retrospectives and status meetings.
