Job summary

Director of Technical Program Management at Prenuvo leads the TPM function across Product & Technology. You will build the operating model, planning, dependency management, risk management, and launch-readiness disciplines to execute increasingly complex programs while remaining hands-on.

You will personally lead some of Prenuvo’s most important cross-functional programs, including patient retention initiatives, and mentor a growing TPM team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or related roles.
• 2+ years of people leadership developing TPMs.
• Experience building program-management practices in a growing tech org.
• Track record leading large, technically complex initiatives.
• Strong technical fluency: architecture, APIs, data flows.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into structured plans.
• Excellent executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish lightweight, scalable program planning and governance.
• Define health, readiness, and launch metrics for programs.
• Lead Prenuvo’s most complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop integrated program plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Apply technical judgment to identify risks and hidden dependencies.
• Resolve cross-team blockers and escalate when needed.
• Set launch-readiness expectations across technical, clinical, regulatory, privacy, legal, and GTM teams.
• Provide leadership with portfolio health views to improve prioritization.
• Recruit, develop, and coach a high-impact TPM team.
