Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to establish and lead the TPM function. This builder role defines the operating model for technical program management across Product&Technology and delivers planning, dependency, risk, and launch-readiness disciplines for complex programs, while staying hands-on.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management, engineering program mgmt, product development, or related fields.
• 2+ years of people leadership, developing TPMs or technical leads.
• Experience building or evolving program-management practices in growing tech orgs.
• Strong track record leading large, complex initiatives with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish lightweight, scalable practices for program planning, governance, dependency, risk, and exec visibility.
• Create measures for program health, technical readiness, and launch readiness.
• Lead complex, high-priority initiatives across Product, Engineering, and business functions.
• Develop integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, sequencing, and critical paths.
• Challenge assumptions, uncover hidden dependencies, and identify risks early.
• Resolve cross-team blockers and ensure timely decisions at the right level.
• Set consistent launch-readiness across technical, operational, clinical, regulatory, privacy, legal, and GTM teams.
• Provide leadership with a clear view of portfolio health and prioritization considerations.
