Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to establish and lead the TPM function across Product & Technology. This builder role defines operating models, planning, dependency and risk management, and launch-readiness disciplines for increasingly complex programs.

You will stay hands-on with cross-functional programs and help drive patient retention and longitudinal care initiatives. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in TPM/related roles, 2+ years leading TPMs, and a track

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or related roles.
• 2+ years of people leadership, developing TPMs or technical leaders.
• Experience building or evolving PM practices in growing tech org.
• Track record leading large, technically complex initiatives across teams.
• Strong technical fluency with systems, architecture, data flows, and constraints.
• Healthcare, healthtech, or regulated tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish lightweight, scalable program planning, governance, dependency, risk, and exec visibility.
• Define measures of health, readiness, and launch readiness for timely intervention.
• Lead the most complex, high-priority cross-functional initiatives.
• Create integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Identify risks early and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate cross-team blockers and ensure decisions are made at the right level.
• Set launch-readiness expectations across technical, operational, clinical, regulatory, and GTM teams.
• Provide leadership a clear portfolio view for prioritization and sequencing.
• Recruit, develop, and coach a high-impact TPM team known for ownership and transparency.
