Job summary

Key duties include ensuring correct adoption of accounting policies, leading finance re-engineering and M&A initiatives, staying current with guidance, and serving as the technical accounting SME across the organization.

Qualifications

• CPA is required.
• 12+ years of technical accounting experience.
• Familiarity with SEC regulations.

• Lead special projects including finance re-engineering and M&A.
• Stay abreast of accounting policies and guidance across the firm.
