Qualifications

• 12+ years in client-serving role or PE/advisory setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in US GAAP, with IFRS exposure helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements in acquisitions, carve-outs, restatements.
• Design and implement new accounting policies and procedures.
• Improve close process and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Establish internal controls and assist with audits.
• Oversee financial reporting system implementations.
