Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience with technical accounting, financial reporting, or controllership roles.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience managing accounting teams.
• Big Four public accounting experience strongly preferred, including Manager or Senior Manager level.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting for complex and non-routine transactions under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and documentation.
• Oversight of the close process, journal entries, reconciliations, and disclosures.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Drive accounting process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to guide strategic decisions and accounting guidance.
