Dole Packaged Foods is seeking a Director of Logistics in Westlake Village, CA to provide strategic and operational leadership across North American logistics, including import logistics, domestic transportation, and 4PL partnerships.

The ideal candidate will own P&L, drive cost optimization, coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Operations, and deliver continuous improvement while meeting service commitments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in logistics and transportation.
• Experience with import operations and carrier management.
• Proven ability to lead transformations and cost improvements.
• Strong financial acumen and KPI-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership of import logistics operations across the network.
• Oversee domestic transportation strategy, routing, and KPI performance.
• Lead carrier relationships and 4PL partnerships for service and cost.
• Drive procurement of transportation contracts and negotiations.
• Own logistics P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization.
• Lead continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
