Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years progressive accounting experience, including technical accounting, financial reporting, or corporate controllership.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience managing accounting teams.
• Big Four public accounting experience strongly preferred, with managerial exposure.
• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and IFRS, plus technical accounting research and policy development.
• Experience with system implementations, automation, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical accounting function, including evaluation and implementation of U.S. GAAP and IFRS guidance for complex transactions.
• Oversee financial reporting and close governance, including disclosures and internal controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation and evidence.
• Drive accounting process improvement and master data governance, including systems governance and automation initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to provide actionable accounting guidance for strategic decisions.
