Job summary

Dragos, Inc. is seeking a Director of Technical Account Manager (Americas) to lead a remote-first TAM team across North America.

You will partner with engineering, product, and sales to promote Dragos Platform adoption and quantify value for critical infrastructure customers. Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in industrial security, SIEM tools, and cross-functional leadership, with a willingness to travel up to 25% to engage customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading a customer-facing team.
• Experience in security within an industrial environment (energy/manufacturing).
• Experience with SIEM technologies such as Splunk or Elastic.
• Advanced skills in network traffic analysis.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and coach a world-class TAM team for customer success.
• Elevate each TAM by addressing educational gaps.
• Develop deep understanding of Dragos Platform and industry challenges.
• Establish relationships with senior customer stakeholders to understand needs and objectives.
• Act as escalation point between customers and internal teams.
• Uncover customer use cases and promote realized Dragos value.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Product leadership to guide platform development.
• Participate in product roadmaps to advocate for customer needs.
• Improve frameworks, methodologies, and tools for team growth and efficiency.
• Establish KPIs and report progress to leadership.
